THURSDAY 21 FEBRUARY - ROTARY DINNER

Playing golf or taking the coach tour of the Bellarine Peninsula on the Friday or just arriving early to relax and enjoy the area? Why not join the members of the Rotary Club of Frankston North for a special Dinner and Wine Tasting on Thursday night.

FRIDAY 22 FEBRUARY - RIDE TO CONFERENCE

We congratulate the intrepid and enthusiastic band of District riders along with the Youth Exchange students who will once again be "riding to conference".

This group has raised many thousands of dollars for Rotary projects over the years and needs your support. So make sure you, or your Club as a group, sponsor the riders.

They will be arriving at the Carousel area on Geelong waterfront at 2pm on Friday, where they will be welcomed by the Mayor of Geelong. So make sure you come and support their wonderful efforts.

Tour of Bellarine Peninsula, including Queenscliff

FRIDAY 22 FEBRUARY - COACH TOUR

The Conference Committee have arranged a coach tour of the Bellarine Peninsula including time at historic Queenscliff. The tour will depart from the Waterfront Campus of Deakin University, Gheringhap Street, Geelong at 9.30 am and return at 3.00 pm.

COST: $30.00 pp
INCLUDES: Wine/beer tasting and morning tea at the boutique Bellarine Brewery. Select from 1 of 3 tours in Queenscliff — Historic Fort, Maritime Museum or guided walking tour of historic Queenscliff. Lunch is by own arrangements. On the return leg of the tour we will visit the Manzanillo Olive Grove.

The District 9820 Golf Competition will be held at the Curlewis Golf Club, located on the Portarlington Road, which is an excellent facility with a first class golf course.

The club has extensive experience in hosting golfing events and will make all players very welcome and meets all your golfing needs. Details are on the flyer in the registration pack.

FRIDAY 22 FEBRUARY - FOOD OF THE WORLD

Join Rotarians and Partners for a "Food of the World" experience prior to the first Conference plenary session being held in the courtyard of the Deakin Waterfront Campus adjacent to Costa Hall.

Drinks will be available for purchase and entertainment will include the Tommy Carler Jazz band. The Courtyard is also adjacent to the Conference Registration Centre, the House of Friendship and the Showcase area.

Ramsay Health Care will be providing blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring and other health checks to Conference participants. Be sure to visit their Health Check Booth for your free blood pressure check.

SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER - BOLLYWOOD TO HOLLYWOOD

Enjoy a fabulous meal and great fellowship. Dress to impress in Bollywood or Hollywood fashion, and enjoy a night of entertainment with Bollywood Dancers and a Hollywood Crooner, followed by some good old dancing. Prizes for the best turned out club.

HOUSE OF FRIENDSHIP

The ladies of lnner Wheel District 462 will once again host the Conference House of Friendship. This is a wonderful meeting place to have coffee with old Rotary friends and meet new friends. lt is ideally located with the Conference Registration and Showcase Centre on the gallery level of Deakin Waterfront Campus. Entry is on street level in Geringhap Street. So drop in for a chat with the lnner Wheel ladies and enjoy a coffee and cake.

DAILY - MORNING TEAS AND LUNCHES

Morning teas and lunches will be served in the Courtyard of the Deakin University Waterfront Campus.
